These are scammers, don't pick up. If you do, tell them to sod off with their scam.
I guess this would be classed as spam. This person calls persistently & frequently. If you answer he will remain silent, if you block him he will call back using a private number, often within seconds, and leave either a silent voicemail message, or a message of a sexual nature. Sometimes he will leave a message which sounds as if he is audibly masturbating.

This number should be a landline from Dartford. I haven't found any rating for this number somewhere else, which should be a good sign... Has someone some experience with this one?
Telemarketing
Lloyds Fraud Line Actually this was genuine, and so that you know I am not a scammer this is how I dealt with it. I rang Lloyds back on the main Lloyds number not the one given because I had assumed it was a scam. It turns out 03453510197 IS the Lloyds fraud number and the three digit system is what they use. I got the advisor to put me through to fraud from the main number. I also used a different phone to ring them (then it can't be an open line scam). It turned out someone had used my card details online
