Sounds like fraud. A robot tells me (without naming a bank) that my debit card has been used to pay £600 overseas. I checked all my various cards and no such payment as happened.

I just had an unsolicited call from this number, saying they'd been asked to phone me "about my accident". when I asked who had asked them to call they hung up.
Currys call to get feedback but ALWAYS say they couldn t get to you so there is not action to take. Really annoying as I always get to the phone in time!!!
