Call at about the same time several days running.
Called and were very abrupt, kept repeating my name and calling me 'mate'. Wouldn't tell me what products I was supposedly due a refund on, just kept saying they have a 98% success rate. Finally told me and were completely irrelevant products that I've never had.

I answered the call and got someone on the other end breathing or sighing before hanging up...unprofessional in my opinion. Obviously to do with paypal. Got negative on my account due to idiot buyers on ebay and ebay themselves being bigger idiots.
