I didn t answer the call but just wanted to write a message as I ve seen the comments from people saying it s Santander Bank, however I do not have anything associated with Santander so they have NO reason to call me.

Automated call from “my internet service provider” stating that illegal activity has been detected on my account and my service would be disconnected within 24-48 hours….Then gave me a load of options…press 1, press 2…etc presumably to get me to speak to someone so that they could access money in some form or other. Office asking for all your personnel information to go through their security checks but will not tell you who they are. Sounds like they are abroad! Really rude and aggressive.

This is a loan scam, they say your accepted for a loan and then ask for an advance fee payment. You never see the loan and they deny they ever spoke to you, let alone give you the money back. Based in Mumbai India.
