When called there is an American voice recorded message "Your call is very important to us. Please stay on the line & you will be transferred to next available agent..." It then plays music while caller holds. Long wait times, if you get connected to the agent. This seems to be a growing trend with different numbers continually changing. Potential fraud or scam.

Called this morning, telling me she was called Susan Parkinson. Didn't catch the company name. Apparently I had been in a no fault car accident. Told her I hadn't, asked her to remove my number from her system but she had already hung up on me!

They spammed my number endless times with calls but I ve never answered once. Apparently they are a Web design and marketing company who think it s moral to phone with scam lotteries, harass and cold call people as a way to do business, low lives. This number called a new mobile phone I have. I didn t pick up (I didn t have the phone with me at the time) but the call went through to voicemail, although no message was left. This phone is a back-up which has never either made or received any calls other than introductory calls from O2, the network provider. Also had another call from an unknown number. Has O2 also been hacked, or is someone there passing on numbers?
