These people are called action-direct Ltd (http://www.action-direct.co.uk/), they annoy you by telling you they can find mid-sole ppi's for you. They have another number 02038378466. Ignore them. If you want to find out about ppi's, go to your own bank who will do the legwork for nothing.

Clearly another Scam, all 020 numbers are!! It's a call centre that keeps hanging up when I answer
Automated recording asking if I wanted my cooker cleaned. If so press 1. No way!! The number, on call back, is no longer in service. We have received similar calls in the past but from a different number.
Reported every instance via the Ofcom website, I encourage others to do the same. The more reports, the quicker this company can be eradicated.
Number was caught in nuisance call-trap, answered to find out who they were, it was a genuine caller from India asking about their letter.

Claimed to be from our Bank, "Something important to discuss", and wanted our "security code" or part of it. Asked us to call this 01404 number (in Honiton ?). We refused to do so, and hung up. Didn't use our phone for a while in expectation that they'd hung up or been disconnected. Can't be sure, but this has all the hallmarks of a scam/impending fraud. Potentially dangerous in our view.
