Just call but when you pick up its dead, they dont answer at all. Gave them lots of time to answer but nothing

Called 5 times asking if I was such and such company. I didn't respond or engage -they kept calling back. Suspect it's the start of a banking scam - fishing for information before they then try a scam the next day. I have been there before.
Scam - claimed to be a high court enforcement Officer. Reported to Police Fraud line.

foreign gentleman, gave company name but could not make it out, his given name, David, said calling about car accident. Have many calls from this number. I am registered with the TPS so cannot understand how calls get through. second cold call this am

Multiple missed calls from this number going to the answer phone. There is never a message left which is why I have graded it as aggressive advertising. When answered, it was related to a magazine subscription based on out of date information.
