Had a call at 11:27. He said his name was Barry/ Garry and he was calling to renew my Vodafone contract. My contract is not due for renewal for another year! I told him I would ring back. I did not.
18 Oct 2021 - The worst kind of scam! I just listened the woman for a while.. then I waited for the punch line “First of all I will need to take your name and details” I replied and said to her that if this was something legal and above board she would already know my name at least and that I was sad to hear that what she is part of is a terrible scam! SCAM Said it was HMRC calling because an arrest warrant had been issued pressed one to be put through to case handler, told me if i put the phone down i would just be waiting for the police to arrive and arrest me

Usual electricity broker cold call scam. Foreign - probably not Indian - woman. Rang off immediately I asked her to confirm who she was calling from.

This company claim to carry out lifestyle surveys. They hang up if questioned and ignore requests to remove number from database. Report them to TPS or Ofcom
