Didn t recognise number so didn t answer. Caller hung up when answer machine kicked in. Rang the number back and a recorded voice with American accent told me the number was not in service.

Keeps ringing but never leaves a message as to who it is or what they want.
Automated message that says my account has been used in a HMRC fraud and to press 1 to sort it out, If I don t I could be arrested
Automated message told me I was being investigated for criminal activity and to "press 1 to find out more" before I am arrested.
SCAM / SPAM HMRC recorded message scam. Do not engage or call back.
