Constantly ringing then hanging up when we answer. Had 5 calls today alone

Guy called Chris saying he knows i am the household energy payer i asked where he got my number from and he hung up
Called but did not reach mobile in time to answer - no message left.
Fish company ..set deliveries every other month ..will phone to place an order ...leave several messages to try and get hold of you....( because I m so bad at responding) always helpful and friendly..Not pushy.

This phone number rang me , and there was whispering of something on the phone then they put the phone down .
A few seconds after I picked up an automated female voice spoke saying that she's calling from Amazon and that I've been charged blah blah blah. I hung up and will be blocking the number.
