For the last 3 weeks I had 8 + calls a day from 01412786082 and the many other phone numbers shopping direct debt collection department use about a outstanding debt I have with them . Funny thing is the account they say is in arrears was paid via a direct debt payment plan and was cleared 3 months ago . Contacting the ICO tomorrow re this harassment .

Answered "Hello" on the second ring. No one was on the other end of the call. This is happening often these days.

This number has called four times in the past 24 hours, claiming to be from TalkTalk. I called TalkTalk who said it is not their number. When the number called back (from a call centre overseas) they hung up when I informed there I knew it was a scam call.

Telemarketers, usual nonsense, I suggest you just cut the call if answered by mistake, block them on the mobile or landline handset if you are able, if you do talk to them then of course ask for your details to be removed etc... Do not behave like the quarter wit above, screaming and shouting at them, it just makes you look like a complete and utter fool and an idiot and in truth there is no reason to behave in such a way, it acheives nothing in terms of getting you out of their database. Really rude company wanting to switch phone lines. Was very obnoxious and refused to let me speak to a manager. Awful.

This is the second call today from 2 different nuisance callers! This one is regarding an accident that I haven t had. So I told them they are better off speaking to my Dad because he had an accident 36 years ago when I was conceived! They stuttered then hung up.
