I answered the phone to get a recorded message 'from BT' saying my land line and internet were about to be disconnected. As I don't have a landline or BT internet I hung up. According to Google BT never make such calls.
Tax scam
SCAM / SPAM I received a call from 020 3694 9384 which I did not answer, but the call left a voicemail When I listened to the voicemail, it was an automated recorded messages stating that there was a Tax Fraud Case registered under my name, and that I should press 1 to speak to the Officer at HMRC. The message went on to say that if I did not call, the Warranty would be issued under my name and that I would be arrested shortly I have reported the number to HMRC
