Had a missed call from this number at 10.39 today 22/2/17. iPhone told me it from Belfast, Northern Ireland. Have now blocked the number.

SCAM recorded call purporting to be from the national crime agency saying that your national insurance number is due to be cancelled due to repeated illegal activity and that you need to contact them. Obviously leading to them seeking to obtain further details to scam you.
