They cold-call phoned me about renewal of insurance on kitchen white goods. They needed some banking details to alter the payment paperwork because they were giving me a no-claims discount. Knew enough about me to make this plausible. I 'needed to go to an appointment' [actually true] so I had to ask them to phone back tomorrow - which they were readily willing to do. 23/12/2022 Scam caller who called about housing repairs for reported defects.

SPAM - Some vague woman wittering on about being "one of the energy advisers for the area" who had no desire to let me speak. Asking her "Which area is that?" caused her to hang up. Indian call centre person (could hear others in the background trying to scam others), claiming to be from the Utilities Department. Told him I knew he was a scammer as there is no such thing as the Utilities Department. He hung up and I blocked the number. They also use 0161 669 0643 and 0640. Seems they have purchased quite a few numbers to scam people.

This is an iseal company offering scam fund recovery, they call during the day from 8am until 9pm at least 4 times a week. They are part of the scam adverts that facebook are running and they got my number from an advert as I bait scammers and expose them. This company are unaware that they have bought information from a scammer running ads on facebook but this company also want too much personal information considering they are hard to find on the internet.

Phoned today claiming to be from AMAZON about an order placed last night through my account. First error as I don't have an AMAZON account. They sent a 6-digit code to use when I cancelled my order and said they would phone back, surprise surprise I am still waiting on that return call.

Fraud Said from Virgin Media security saying hackers were on my router Started to tell me to download an app on my mobile so they could send me a security code when confronted and asked questions they panicked and hung up. BEWARE

Had a missed call from this number - checked the "Who Called Me" site - there were no negative reviews so I thought I'd call it back. Automated message states, "This number is no longer in service." Two minutes after I had a missed call??? This is definitely a scammer
