Said they were 02 re my account when I returned their missed cals to my mobilel (I rang them from a landline at my workplace). Told the guy I do not want to receive cold calls, even though I am a customer - email notifications only! He said he would definitely pass this on "to his manager" and I wouldn't get any more calls. As the call was about to end, I asked him to confirm that again, which he did........A bit strange though, him saying he could do this, as at no point did I identify myself and, as I was
SCAM 01392433831 called me today approximately 11pm on my landline - I don't say anything when i answer and wait for the caller to speak first - but when I took the call it had a very noisy background like a call centre, but no discernible conversations then the caller hung up. This is a typical nuisance call - usually from overseas with heavily accented BT/O2/Vodafone/EE 'Technician' wanting to access my accounts etc. They always hangup if i don't say anything first.
