This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 8438727xxx range (I use the app from these pages, no problems)... People did someone answer this number?

They actually called following a car accident I had 4 months earlier to try and get me to lodge a claim for personal injury. They are either phishing for a lucky call or are paying the repairers for my mobile phone number. Either way very suspect.
