Was called by someone - with a poor command of English - who said their name was John and after 3 attempts I was able to understand he was phoning on behalf of Currys PC World. When I asked where he had got my mobile phone no. from he got abusive and told me to "fuck off" and then hung up. If this is indeed a legit call from Currys PC World then it says a lot about their customer care!

It was an Indian woman who told me I d won 10 free lucky dips for tonight s euro millions, she then went through my personal details, she knew my email, my address and phone number. Then it went on to a £39.99 lottery syndicate. She then told me she needed my bank name, then sort code to identify the branch.
