SPAM was called from London by an Indian man who insisted he was my network provider and then asked who was? I wouldn't tell him so he again insisted he was my O2 network provider to which I replied "no you're not!" he hung up, have now blocked this number
Phoned back this missed call - didn’t even ring - just cut out so I would guess this is a dodgy number

Appears to be a bankng scam, claimed unauthorised payments had been made from my account and invited me to press button 1 or 2 to resolve it.
Call came from a software company called Soft Care, help with website design and build.

Fraud On Caller Display, this number looked like a London exchange. On answering, I got a recorded message saying it was something to do with bank security, followed by a message that was intended to frighten. I hung up, and have blocked the number. Others receiving calls like this might be taken in. What can be done to stop them?

I have received 3 text messages from a number claiming to be BTBusiness asking me to call them back at this number or text STOP to 60251. As I don't have an account with BT at all, I've ignored them but 3 messages in 3 days is a bit annoying.

They will try to gain access to your account (Account Takeover) and add upgrades and payment plans. ie, ordering Apple Watches from your account which they will have delivered to their own address but you will essentially be paying for these! Safe number noticed this number once every month on my telephone bill with a monthly charge of 14p. Turns out it is an automatic test call from PPP Taking Care alarm which we have for elderly mother. Called them to ask why we are being charged as we pay a quarterly handling charge. They very kindly switched this to a freephone number so no more charges.

The call was from Smart Employee Eye Care. This made sense as I had just requested an Eye care voucher through work.
Call was a recorded message claiming to be from "Bank Security" Very obvious scam attempt., despite the fact that the female voice had a good southern English accent and good grammar.
