They have helped me lodge a claim with my tour operator for compensation, free of charge! I don't usually speak to people that cold call me but they have been very helpful indeed.

Had calls from 3 similar numbers all from Sheffield but the lady speaks really fast so can't understand what she's saying apart from you filled in an online application? Wtf I NEVER FILL IN ANYTHING ONLINE! Been the victim of fraud twice in the past so unless I can go into a business and happy for something it doesn't happen! Keep blocking these numbers but they always have another sneaky way to,contact you. I'm so fed up with these idiots! Frankly it is depressing me.
