This number rang me the other day. A number I don’t recognise. I don’t know who the one who called me with this number so I didn’t answer.
Clear scam. they have called 9 times in 48 hours, they knew who provided my services which was great as i actually work for my ISP. asking for different people in the property when they speak to me they ask for a Mrs Wilson, when my husband answers they ask for a Mr Wilson. Just had call from Hannah Claim injury law 02036349839. She told me I had been in a car accident, I didn t confirm I had or hadn t & asked where she got her information, she said from road traffic department. She again asked me to confirm if I had. I asked what was name of person she was wanting to speak to to which she replied does anybody else at that address drive. I asked her name of company telling her I wanted it to report them, she gave me it again.

SCAM - I believe this number to be part of a convincing scam! Caller claimed to be from 'Motor Assess' regarding a recent accident. Interestingly I had a minor touch in my car yesterday and exchanged insurance details, so I thought was related, but the individual I was speaking to didn't quite seem convincing and couldn't give me any details, I googled 'motor assess' whilst speaking to him, with no trace of the company! The person I was talking to was persuasive and persistent!

Had a couple of calls from this number, and one from a similar number. Claim to be British Gas, saying there s been a change in the way I top up and they want to check that the supply is ok etc. I called BG from a number on the BG website, they checked and told me that these numbers are NOT BRITISH GAS. Recommended I add them to my block list, I suggest you do the same.
