Just received a call from them (major call centre background noise) insisting I requested a ring back from them earlier at 9.30 this morn. Informed them I did not and to remove my number, insistent I had contacted them for a call! This is an Avon call centre, trying to encourage their reps to order extra items. This in itself would be fine, but the number of times that they call is excessive in the extreme. They obviously use a system that calls a few numbers at a time and more often than not when I answer there is no one there. At certain times of the month I can get up to 10 calls a day. It is extremely annoying.
