Called me claiming to be Scottish Power, wanted me to tell them my address, saying I had a debt on my account. I asked them to tell me the address to which they claimed the debt was overdue on, but they couldn't. When I told them that I have never had an account with Scottish Power, they became very aggressive and eventually told me to f..k off and hung up on me.

A very professional and complicated Fraud/Scam, even the authorities will believe Dean Brewer and his company is very innocent. If you have been a victim of a fraudulent scam and lost money, Dean will say he can get 'All' your money back if you give him £100 per case. You will never get the £100 back as Dean steals it and hides the money. Only UK banks and the real authorities can only get your money back.
SCAM Fraud BEWARE ! This number has only recently appeared on this site (August 2023) from other people checking. Caller says you've suspicious transactions on your card, knows your name and last four digits of the card. Asks you to check the balance, in my case without any security questions. Hung up on me and didn't call me back when I told him I keep very little in the account, whilst I was silently checking the account in the background. today 07-03-2023 the number 01789238138 called me. on my answer there was no reply. it`s quite disturbing to here nothing on the other end.

The caller said we had banned loft insulation. Even though they didn't ask if we had any or which kind. They said we had to let their surveyor come and inspect the loft. I asked several times who they were and she kept saying we work with lots of companies. I said I would get it looked at myself and hung up.
