Received a call from this number very noisy background, asked if I had claimed my PPI refund which on average would be about £2200. I told the caller I did not have this insurance she said I didn't understand, I would have had it as the Banks hid the protection. I told her that it must have been detailed in paperwork for it to have been charged again she told me it wouldn't as it was hidden. This is aqua credit card. They called because I had attempted to make a large transaction. They asked me if I made that transaction and two other recent transactions. They knew who the transactions were with and for how much, and the caller addressed me by name. Basically, I’m convinced it was really them. To verify they were talking to me, I was asked for the first line of my address and postcode, my date of birth and the first two letters of my memorable information.

I think this number is being used as a scam. I received an unsolicited call from a person with an Indian accent telling me my Microsoft computer account was jeopardized. I needed to log on and follow instructions. When I refused and put the phone down they called me back and told me all my accounts would be cancelled instantly. I accused them of being a scam outfit and told him would report him.He got really argumentative and threatened to cut off my computer. I have reported this number to the action
