Received call from this local area code (Huddersfield) and chose not to answer until I'd checked for ratings on the number, which turned out to be neutral. Called me again the following day, chose to answer and a polite lady speaking good English started by asking how my day was, what the weather was like here in the UK, she's sitting there in an office in Morocco and the weather is beautiful.....!
