SPAM - called about a supposed road traffic accident in the last 2 years, which I haven't, this guy was persistent and insisted that I had. Harassment at it's finest.
Believe it is Scottish & Southern Electric regarding a planned power cut, but as mentioned in other posts, the female voice is garbled and sounds more like a cold / nuisance call rather than a national utility company.

Despite sounding like a nice women and pausing at the right moments and responding to the answers you give, it is clearly automated! Pauses too long, not natural. When I asked if the caller was automated she said 'no' and then simply said 'no' to everything else I then said! I hung up. I suggest to ask for the name and of the company and the caller representative immediately and not proceed further with the call if this cannot be given!
