Have received same call from Indian sounding Gentleman many times on different numbers all reported. Same line every time saying I am calling from BT technical and I must switch on Computer and follow his instructions. I would suggest you will upload remote software for them to hack your passwords etc if you do. I just hang up now.

Next moment he said that we lost an opportunity and that's it. I tried to get more info (like a name of the company or so) but he wouldn't budge. Unfortunately I do think it is a scam.
