Glasgow based number, lots of liverpool accents in background and Scouse caller. Called regarding "a feedback about incidents on the road" Hung up when I asked why they were trying to scam people.

purported to be from O2 hung up immediately and blocked number as have had similar calls regarding my closed o2 account from similar numbers

Beware !! They are scammers pretending to be police, saying my national insurance number and bank account were compromised and tried to instruct me to download Revolut to protect my savings !

Pretending to be ISP using VOIP to spoof a local number on caller ID, saying my router is bad and wanting me to hand over access to my PC (LOL). Played along to waste his time. When I eventually asked him what the scam he was running was, what his endgame was, maybe to get me to install malware or give remote access to my machine he said "ahh, sir, you know what this is, well done! IT'S A DANGEROUS SCAM! A computer is dialling numbers in sequence to sniff out voice lines. If you speak then the line is detected as 'an active voice line' and logged as such, a scammer will then be calling you later, and usually using a different number! If you don't recognize the number calling DON'T SPEAK, JUST LISTEN! If you don't hear a voice and then the line goes dead then congratulations - you've just successfully escaped being scammed! THESE CALLS ARE HARASSING AND ALWAYS POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS!

DANGER ! Definitely Spam. Lady with Indian accent as O2 customer service telling me they had received multiple complaints about signal problem. I said I was satisfied with signal coverage. She then tried to give me a number to call back. I challenged her and told her I thought she not not legit. She started arguing. I said a real customer agent would not argue like that. Put down the phone.

Number shown was a 01189 local number so i picked it up. No answer and the it hung up. Dialed 01471 to retieve number but, it actually was 018731006? meaning this was a scam caller.
