SPAM Its a bogus number.. online listed as Best Inn Hotel 020 8478 3779 on https://www.thomsonlocal.com/search/hotels/ilford-chingford/best-inn-hotel/1207606/02084783779 but nobody answers the phone if you call them. This no is from someone providing loans and they say that you have cleared all checks and you have 100% been accepted for the loan you just need to pay £41 to make it a secured loan this is so they can see that they can afford the repayments but another company would only take a £1 to confirm your card is yours and working then they give u it back if what they say is what it's for a copy of your bank statement would be more than sufficient not and the caller id no is false SCAM
O2 scam, some Indian bloke pretending to be O2 and making an offer ie mine was 40% off my bill (which I didn't believe and put phone down then 2 minutes later I get 2 messages from O2 the first warning about scams the second giving a code to access my account)

When I managed to answer there was nothing to be heard from the caller's end so I assumed it was some dodgy scammer. SCAM - An automated Voice claiming to be from Amazon & my Amazon Prime Account was going to be auto-renewed. After hearing this I immediately ended the call. I am now getting getting REALLY ANNOYED with the amount of SCAM calls I've been receiving lately (all from different numbers) & feel I need to try and let other people know about it. I felt the need to report this number in case any elderly or vulnerable or/and elderly become a victim from a call from this number. I hope it helps report

Claimed to be from Council Housing Association calling about reported repairs needed to my property. I was confused and asked what he meant as I am not in a council house. The voice on the other end repeated themselves, I told them again I am not in a council property and an automated AI thanked me for my time and hung up.

This number called my mobile then disconnected after 2 rings. I called it back and an automated voice in an irritating American accent said "Hi. Thanks for calling. Please hold while we connect you". After hearing this for 5 times in quick succession, I hung up and blocked the number. I'm guessing a spam or scam caller.
