Said he was my energy representative for my area postcode. I asked who he worked for, and after a pause long enough for it to be clear he wasn't going to answer, he continued with his script. I stopped him and asked again what company he was calling from. He then hung up! Clearly a poorly thought-out scam call!
Claims to be my local energy advisor SPAM I was transferred to a man with an Indian accent on a very poor quality line who knew my old postcode. Why would my local energy advisor be making calls from India?

Silent call Some heavy breathing, lol!! Apparently from “Leeds Tank”????!! Said: “the office is now(14.30pm) closed, please ring again between 9am and 5pm”. Silent call - rang early morni9ng and when I picked up there was no voice, nothing. I said hello, but there was no reply - said it again and then the line went dead. Few people use our landline these days, and only numbers we recognise (family and friends) so I suspect this was spam.
