Safe number noticed this number once every month on my telephone bill with a monthly charge of 14p. Turns out it is an automatic test call from PPP Taking Care alarm which we have for elderly mother. Called them to ask why we are being charged as we pay a quarterly handling charge. They very kindly switched this to a freephone number so no more charges.

Insurance This number is apparently from a Company called "Review your Policy" - I have been registered for many years with the TPS register which I understand telemarketing are obliged to check every 30 days to ensure the numbers they are ringing are not on this register - the young lady calling was not interested in engaging or apologising for unwanted call.

Expect a call from our Fraud team. Please wait for our call”. That was followed 2mins later by a phone call to the same mobile number saying it was from 02071934897 (London). Not a number associated with a Credit Card company! The male caller asked for the additional card holder by name but hadn’t called that person

Be careful it’s a scamI they send a text saying my new number save it with no name. I text back and asked if they were . Next got a couple of short text about hope your day is better than mine. Then a text asking to send £1500.00 because they needed the money and because number was changed it would take 24 hrs for verification . Promised to pay the money back tomorrow. That link looks like a Gov.com site ok but when I do a separate visit to Gov.com it states there that I do not need to apply for this. something fishy about this I think

Call received to my mobile 13.19 11/2. I get very few incoming calls hence suspected Spam call immediately. Decided to answer to have a bit off fun with the likely scammer but call cut off by the other party (remote dialler ?) as I went to answer.
