I had a call from this number today claiming to be from the legal team at my insurance company LV about an accident id had in Dec where my car was written off. The man knew of my name, address, post code, the date of my crash, and he said that a company called ensure had made a payment to them to forward on to me, but I've never heard of them and never claimed for myself, just the cost of my veichle which was straight forward and all sorted weeks ago. text message claiming you are eligible for a tax return and a link to where you can claim it. the link has 'gov' in it, but it is not the gov.uk site, it ends in .com. didn't click on it, but I assume they are next going to ask for card info then drain your account, so be weary. never, ever click links sent from random numbers claiming to be companies or the gov, they do not operate like this. for tax return you will get a physical envelope in your mail, never earlier than April when they actually close the
