Called and never said anything and hung up could not call back. Please do not call again

When I pick phone up cant hear anything then the phone goes dead. This number phoned me 3 times yesterday and 2 times today

If you get a call you should answer or call back as the problem is that the initial database maker sells your number on to other junk call companies. If you have a call from them you should call the number back and ask for James, the call centre manager and demand where they got your number from. Original call number came in as V21309255500012, when picked up and answered, no response, just silence. After hanging up, hit CID button (caller ID) and the new number was revealed as 1-778-555-0161, a number from British Vancouver.

They said they re from paypal and they need my personal paypal data to tell me something urgent. I immediately hung up cause it sounds like a fraud.
