Strong foreign accent asking me to confirm my name and address. I asked where got his information from. He proceeded to tell me he was doing a survey on household appliances. I asked again where he got his information from as I am TPS registered and ex directory. Also told him that I do not appreciate being questioned by unsolicited phone calls. He said something along the lines of, "Oh, TPS, this won't happen again". Very hard to understand fully. Suspect some sort of scam.

This company has rang both mobile and land lines on numerous occasions - as I know no-one in the 01267 area that would know my numbers have ignored them - however I am waiting a call from someone whose number is not yet known to me (private old friend) so when the phone rang on and off for about ten minutes I assumed it may be my friend. Similar number 2380206584 is already reported here with life insurance - probably this one is the same case, same call centre? I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message.
