They are a legit debt collection agency who (as mentioned above) have purchased debt from another company such as Phone Networks, Utility companies etc. If you owe money they will call you but must adhere to certain times of the day which is normally 8am until 9pm only.

Iv pulled their leg and strung them along for fun to someone getting angry... Don't then the calls started coming through again every time I hung up they would call straight back. Just be boring and say you don't drive... But even still they will harass you!
