I got an email asking me to ring this number regarding an overpayment on a car insurance policy from 2014. Thinking that it might be a scam I went online to find the customer services number for the company and rang them on that number not 0330 100 7303. It is a genuine email, they gave me my details correctly and then gave me my old bank account details. because I have changed my bank since 2014 they are sending me a cheque in the post instead. I answered and some strange music was playing, but only for a second. It sounded church-y, but it wasn't upbeat like gospel music, more like a choir? I didn't get a good listen because it was so short before they hung up.
