I had a call from Barny White who asked for my husband. I put the phone down, he immediately rang back and said he was from NCPS Nuisance call Prevention Service. This number is a classical telemarketing, a robo caller with message of financial services (including debts solutions). The use 0843 654 6738 (be aware, this line is for shared costs), 0161 601 2000 (Manchester) and also 0151 601 2000 (Liverpool). Probably also some other numbers, but haven't found more info... Be aware, block it via some mobile phone applications... One can be download from these pages, works fine.
