I think the name was RJ Legal, she was Scouse and funnily enough said this very quickly and wouldn't repeat. Told me I'd had an accident. I asked where they got these details from and she parroted that it was an "opted in service and you have requested this call back". I said I hadn't and repeated where they got my details from.
