I have had over 20 calls from this number. Today, I asked to speak to a supervisor as I have asked them 13 times to stop calling me. Supervisor talked over me then hung up. They say I am due £1650 back in ppi on a loan taken out in 2005 with RBS. Told them I have never had a loan with them. They then told me Bank of Scotland and RBS were the same bank. They phoned me at 7.00am - it woke me up. The only person who calls me on my home phone is my brother, and at that time in the morning I thought he may be in trouble (ie fallen, ill ). I raced down stairs - half awake - and could of had an accident myself. I don't know what they wanted because as soon as I realised it was a nuisance call I just gave a full abusive response.
