A guy with an Indian accent told me something about some crypto trading I supposedly did. I suspected a scam and hung up on him.
SCAM Fraud Call received this afternoon. Robot American accented voice started saying "Her Majesty's Revenue & Customs has received a returned letter" - just hung up straight away.

Call was automated. Saying not to ignore and giving me a case number. Was told to press a number to speak to one of the officials in charge of my case. Non compliance will lead to more trouble.
Beware !! They are scammers pretending to be police, saying my national insurance number and bank account were compromised and tried to instruct me to download Revolut to protect my savings !

Overseas noisy background call centre female claiming to be from ‘the technical department’ not a specific company just technical department. Red flags were didn’t know my name or address. I challenged her told her she was talking rubbish about being a technical department. I used a few choice profanities to which she called me a few! I asked her if those were technical terms and she hung up! Obvious scamming call. The call was at 08:45 on a Saturday.
Very elaborate work scam. This phone number will text saying there is a position in a US company to optimise apps. The website seems legit but once you do all they say. They will ask you to send them money to unblock the cryptomomey. Dont do it and report it.

I would encourage anyone who is unfamiliar with crypto trading to exercise extreme caution while investing or to avoid crypto altogether. I receive many such calls but they never leave a message. If a message was left I would respond. If I answered all such calls I wouldn't have sufficient time to run my own business. This is the last time I shall respond in this manner.......if you are not going to leave a message then please don't waste my time and all future such calls will be blocked .....
