This was a text message from a company called PDCS, requesting that I contact them regarding an important matter, and to call them on 0141 570 3200 quoting a customer ID number. Pretty sure it's some sort of scam, designed to either check that your mobile number is live, or ultimately to part you from any cash you may have spare. Hope this helps:)
P.S.- You can also block scammers on an iPhone by going to SETTINGS / PHONE / CALL BLOCKING & IDENTIFICATION. :-)

Tried to convince multiple people I know (including me) I hadn’t paid my tax and that there was a warrant for my arrest - tried to get my mum to send £995 over.
So tired of these calls, I now have referee whistle that I blow down the phone when they won't stop to answer question who they are. It works
