Phone blocked it as it should as calling 0843 number back costs a minimum of 40p but it can be more as it is a service number with its own charges. If you answer it you should not be charged but they generally only ring for 1 or 2 seconds so you can never get to answer it. Just a scam to get you to ring back and be charged for the privilege. I called back one once and had a recorded message, "You have been registered" and then it hung up. Charged 40 p for the useless information.
