Scam call pretending to be TalkTalk.
TAXES / HMRC scam caller stating I was being investigated for tax fraud. Hmrc will never ring
Voice recording from 'Amazon Prime' informing me that my Prime Account is coming to an end and will be recharged at £39.97 and to press number 3 to activate this. Call came into my work phone (which has no connection with Prime or Amazon) at 15:51 on Friday 3 July 2020
Phoned me 7 times today, can?t understand a word they are saying. I asked repeatedly what they want and they wouldn?t answer me directly, kept waffling on in a foreign accent. Blocked them!
Called 2 days running. Silent calls.
I got at least 20 phone calls from this number all in the evening. When i did answer you could hardly hear them, tried to ask where i had entered this competition and they couldn t answer me as to what website i did the competition, just that i entered one for a mini, iPad, iPhone and ?10000. he then wanted my bank details, do not trust.
