The landline rang at just before 1.00am and woke us both up. We didn't answer quick enough but they didn't leave any message so after dialling 1471 this number came up...

Cold call about 'government-funded loft lagging'. Rang me on 18/02/20, I asked him not to call back. Same (English-sounding) male then called again on 19th and I said I would call the police if he rang again. I am registered on TPS but still got this call.
