Rang house phone when answered they hung up prob one of those nuisance calls gggrrrr!

These called me today and threatened me. This story started last night. An unknown number kept ringing around 11.30, then the same thing happened a few minutes later, and I got this number 07404013701, so earlier this morning I rang it, an a man answered it, and more or less straight away he put the phone down. This was when the 02.... Number rang me. Hopefully this extra number may help.
