I was asked if I had had an accident recently. I said that I had & I was stopped at red traffic lights when it happened, they then asked if someone bumped into me. I said no I S### MYSELF & the line went dead.
Asked for me by name. Said I had got help in insulating my loft many years ago. Told him he was wrong and put the phone down
