Missed the call, no message. I called back and they hung up
Spam and probably a scam. It's the same old recorded message claiming that you've been in a car accident. Blocked now.
Silent, and kept the line open (at least once) after I tried to hang up.

Cold call asking me about my accident where I was the innocent party. Told her that she was cold calling me, have no business relationship with the company and I would report this breech of GDPR to the information commissioner. Hung up!

SCAM Recorded message supposedly from BT Internet saying they are about to cut off your phone because of suspicious activity. They want you to press a number to connect with their resident scammer.

Scammers. They leave an automated message claiming to be from HMRC and claiming there is a tax fraud case under your name. They ask you to press 1 to continue. Don't be tempted! Just hang up.
