SCAM. Allegedly from HER Majesty's Revenue and Customs. 1st clue - HER Majesty has been dead for 10 months. 2nd clue The recorded message was made with an American accent. Doubt very much that HRMC have sub-contracted this to the Americans (yet).

SCAM Indian sounding lady, rang twice this week saying they were from BT openreach that there had been a security breach on my internet line trying to hack my broadband, she couldnt tell me any details, so assuming this was a scam I said its fine theres nothing on my laptop for hackers to get, she then wanted my mobile phone details to show me what was happening, I then told her I didn't bring my phone to work and she got angry and said fine if you dont want to protect your line then hung up !!
Called twice. second time i answered. lady said it was BT checking my line and there was an issue. I hung up. Just didn't seem right.
