They called, but did not respond when corrected to the phone system filter prompts, apparently a fraudster with no honest story to tell the phone system.

A phone call claiming to be from Amazon, asking me if I wanted to continue after the free trial. I don't know if they would have asked for payment details, as they hung up when I said it couldn't be me as I already had Amazon Prime.

Exactly the same behavior as the Amazon call mentioned in another post, received this call in Brazil cellphone, cellphone also detected it as SPAM and the call dropped after answering.

A cold call. Caller said that I had a problem with my internet for 3 weeks and his engineers were fixing the problem. Caller did not use my name or the name of my internet provider. Caller did not answer any of my questions but carried on reading from his script. I am sure that this was some sort of SCAM attempt. As usual I did not give the caller any information that would identify me or any account that I may have.

Got a call from this number, can’t find any search about this number. Too noisy! First said it was from Sky, (knew my name and address), said my contract ended now in begin of April, I corrected saying it was only next month. Then she said they needed to do some checks to see if they could offer me a better/cheaper deal and asked me how much I pay monthly. Likely scam. They rang me. I picked up but didn't say anything into the phone. They didn't say anything either and then hung up. I always answer in this way when I receive an unexpected phone call from an unfamiliar number. Legitimate callers always say "hello" and try to get a response. Scammers hang up. It happens every time!

Called me twice in quick succession 07 Mar 2023. Silence on the line on both calls.
SCAM - pretending to be from Lloyds Bank... asking to call on 01332 556003 if a standing order for £537 to NVG Life Insurance had not been set up by the recipient. Recipient has no account with LLoyds, so definitely a scam.
