Poor reception where I was when I answered so they couldn't hear me, but they knew my name, eventually they hung up. I rang the number back later and immediately heard an automated message saying my custom was important to them and I would be answered by the next available agent but no-where in the message did they reveal who they were so hung up.

Safe number I missed the call but I believe it was the NHS. After looking at the stats on this and other sites, I decided to ring the number back. The automatic answer mentioned the NHS website and the initials of a local healthboard. For me it was a callback from 111.
Call center Asked for my wife by name, renewal due on TV care package I challenged, said it was a scam because my wife left all TV to me and we have never had cover. I asked for proof and was assured they had proof, when I said my wife had died years ago they could not progress their payment request, as any debt had ceased. I should have progressed further before reporting my wife had died.

This number is used by scammers. My experience is that they advised me that my PayPal account had been used suspiciously, and invited me to call this number and get the supposed transaction cleared. What made this so dangerous, was the fact that they used the Paypal site giving this number to contact to resolve the problem. Very cute, they nearly caught me, but they asked too many questions about bank accounts, which set the alarm bells ringing. Asked why, the call was terminated.

Shame they have a dodgy-sounding Indian guy getting them customers, because it makes O2 look dodgy. FYI: I have received all genuine emails and contract info from O2 and... This mobile is owned by a man who goes by the internet name of Joseph Barnsley .He is a paedophilic old man who is into seducing minors on Discord into joining his roblox version of tescos, to lure them into his office and perform sexual online acts with them, often over the phone, making them moan for his pleasure.
Caller said that our account would be debited £300 and a much larger amount I've received similar calls recently and checked my account. No debits found.
