I did have a flight that I have been trying to get some response from Lufthansa, no joy in even acknowledgement. So this text come in and wondered about it, however, sending a text from a mobile.......I don't think so, therefore, I did nothing about it.
Called me out of the blue pretending to be a accident investigation company. They ask you yes or no questions. DO NOT say your name, and answer any of the questions. Hang up immediately, especially if the story doesn't make any sense.
